The terms “you” and “traveler” are used interchangeably in this document.
The terms “Enchanted Adventures Travel” and “travel agency” are used interchangeably in this document.
Please examine all electronic and paper documents as soon as you receive them. Contact Enchanted Adventures Travel immediately if you have any questions or if you notice any discrepancies. Enchanted Adventures Travel is not responsible for errors or omissions in travel documents not immediately reported to the travel agency by the traveler.
Enchanted Adventures Travel is acting only as an agent for suppliers selling travel related services. Enchanted Adventures Travel is not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which may result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or members of your travel party.
Terms and conditions of specific vacation packages or travel components are outlined in the travel supplier’s terms and conditions, which are provided to you upon booking a travel reservation. Please review the supplier’s terms and conditions as soon as you receive your booking confirmation. The traveler is bound by the supplier’s terms and conditions over which the travel agency has no control.
Travel insurance is available to protect travelers from certain unforeseen circumstances which may cause trip cancellation, interruption or delay. Information regarding insurance is available through Enchanted Adventures Travel.
